of it's own - and a whole festival! Gotta love it. A whole weekend devoted to the beanie, including art
exhibitions, workshops for making your own beanie, and the Beanie Olympics (which defies explanation).

festivals that have strong community support, that are innovative and of high quality, and are well managed
